Privacy Policy. DP Supplies, (the company) respects your right to privacy. Any personal details received via this site will ONLY be used by ourselves unless you have specifically requested otherwise. We do not sell or otherwise give away your private information to any third party. The details provided will only be used to update you with any information regarding your enquiry.

This information will be kept secure and will not be accessible to any other person. Financial Information. Customers who choose to order by phone/fax/email will be required to divulge a certain amount of personal and financial information for the order to be processed. We do not keep a record of your financial details other than to deal with the enquiry at hand. Do not send your financial details by email, we will contact you by phone. We securely retain your contact information but destroy all financial details once your order has been completed, we may therefore ask you to repeat this information if you request a refund. Online payments are handled directly by Paypal using their secure SSL 128 bit encryption system, in these circumstances we do not see any of your financial details.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellations. In the unlikely event that goods are faulty please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will supply a replacement or refund. Faulty goods must be returned (at the customers expense unless otherwise agreed) for inspection and verification of the fault. If the goods prove to be faulty a refund will be credited to your account or if you wish a credit note issued. If you wish to cancel an order you must contact us immediately as we aim to dispatch within a few hours of receipt of payment. If we have already dispatched your order then our returns policy comes into effect.

Postage & Delivery. Normally we will dispatch your order (via 1st class post for small items or overnight parcel service for heavy/bulky items) within 48 business hours of receiving payment. We can not guarantee delivery times but we will endeavour to contact you if we become aware of any problem. A signature may be required at the time of delivery.
Postage is added at the online checkout. Postage is calculated according to value of goods ordered, the charges are;

Prices quoted are inclusive of our C.W.O. discount and goods must be paid for at the time of ordering. The information contained in DPS documents does not constitute a contractual offer, all details given are in good faith and purchasers must satisfy themselves that the products are suitable for the intended purpose. We can not accept responsibility for injury, damage or loss however caused. The time of delivery whilst given in good faith is not the essence of the contract. Customers shall have no claim and shall hold the company harmless in respect of delays due to any reason whatsoever and howsoever caused. Shortages and damages must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods, beyond this period no such claims can be entertained. The goods remain the property of the seller, notwithstanding delivery to the buyer, until payment of all accounts due to the seller have been paid in full. The buyer shall from the date of dispatch of any goods bear the risk of loss or damage.
